This Privacy Policy explains how JDS Ventures, LLC d/b/a US Bac Water Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit usbacteriostaticwater.com (the “Site”) or buy from us.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, your age and research-use confirmation at checkout, and anything you send us (such as support emails).
Payment information: Payments are handled by our payment gateway and processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar data, collected through cookies, pixels, and server logs.

When you place an order, we may also send limited order details, such as the order value and a hashed (scrambled) email address, directly to Google or Meta to measure ad results. Your choices and rights
- Marketing emails: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
- Analytics and ad choices: you can limit personalized Google ads in Google Ads Settings, stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ads from Meta in the ad preferences section of your Facebook or Instagram settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You may still see ads after opting out, but they may be less tailored to you.
- Access, correction, deletion: email us to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, including opting out of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Data retention
We keep order and transaction records as long as we need them for business, tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We keep other data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended only for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
