Research Use Policy

US Bac Water Co. (“US Bac Water Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating usbacteriostaticwater.com (the “Site”), sells products only for lawful laboratory research. This Research Use Policy applies to every product, order, and customer, and is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Research use only

Every product sold on the Site is sold for research use only (RUO). “Research use” means in-vitro laboratory research, testing, development, or educational laboratory use carried out by qualified people in an appropriate setting.

Our products are not:

• intended for human or animal use of any kind, including consumption or application to the body;
• drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics, as we sell them;
• intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition;
• intended for use in or with any clinical, therapeutic, or veterinary procedure.

Nothing on the Site, in our product listings, packaging, emails, or customer communications should be read as instructions, recommendations, or claims about any use other than laboratory research.

2. Who may purchase

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years old.
2. You are buying the products only for lawful laboratory research use as described above.
3. You have the training, knowledge, and facilities needed to handle, store, and dispose of laboratory materials safely and in line with applicable laws.
4. You will not resell, give, or otherwise transfer products to anyone for human or veterinary use, or to anyone you have reason to believe will use them that way.
5. You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to your purchase, possession, and use of the products.

3. What we will not do

We do not and will not:

• give guidance on using any product in or on a person or animal;
• answer questions about personal use, preparing products for personal use, or using products together with any drug or compound;
• sell or promote products together with prescription drugs or other compounds meant for personal use.

If a customer asks for that kind of information, we will decline. We may also cancel the order.

4. Order review, refusal, and cancellation

We may review, refuse, or cancel any order, and close any account, at our discretion. That includes cases where:

• the order, customer communications, reviews, or social media activity suggest a non-research use;
• the buyer does not meet the age requirement or cannot be verified;
• we are asked to ship somewhere we are not allowed to, or that we choose not to serve;
• we suspect fraud or a violation of this Policy or our Terms.

If we cancel a paid order for these reasons, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method, minus any amounts we are allowed to keep under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Product information

Product descriptions, specifications, and certificates of analysis (COAs) are provided for research reference. COAs are issued by the manufacturer, supplier, or a third-party laboratory, and they describe the lot that was tested. We do not manufacture or compound any product. Name-brand products are resold in the manufacturer’s original sealed packaging. Products sold under our own US Bac Water Co. label are filled by a third-party facility, [FILLING FACILITY — CONFIRM WITH SUPPLIER], and labeled for US Bac Water Co.; we do not claim to make or bottle them ourselves. Manufacturer names and trademarks are used only to identify products accurately. Their use does not mean the manufacturer endorses or is affiliated with US Bac Water Co.

6. Handling and safety

Buyers are responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of all products correctly, following the product label, any safety data sheet (SDS), their institution’s procedures, and applicable law. 7. Responsibility for misuse

If you use a product in any way other than research use as described here, you do so entirely at your own risk and in breach of this Policy and our Terms. You agree to indemnify US Bac Water Co. as described in our Terms of Service.

8. Reviews and user content

We may decline to publish, or may remove, any review, comment, or message that describes or suggests human or veterinary use.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy at any time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
