Before you write
- Where’s my order? Your shipping confirmation email includes a FedEx tracking link.
- Damaged item? Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy.
- Need a COA? Our US Bac Water Co. vials will be sent to an independent lab for third-party testing. Email us and we’ll send the certificate of analysis once results are in.
